How does domestic shipping work?

Orders can be delivered either to the cargo company you work with or shipped through the shipping options available through EY-TAY Textile. After products are prepared and packed, shipment is arranged according to the preferred transport method.

How do international shipping and payment processes work?

International shipments can be arranged through DHL, FedEx, Aramex, UPS, air cargo, road transport or the cargo agent preferred by the customer.

Product payment is received first. After the products are prepared, the shipping cost is calculated according to the final package weight, volume and destination. The shipment is dispatched after the customer approves and pays the shipping cost.

Do ATR and EUR.1 documents provide customs advantages?

For suitable international shipments, ATR Movement Certificate and EUR.1 Movement Certificate may be prepared. These documents may provide customs duty advantages or reductions depending on the buyer country’s regulations. However, VAT, import handling fees and local customs procedures may vary by country.

Do you issue invoices? Which payment methods do you accept?

We do not sell retail single pieces. Our sales are made through wholesale size sets and size-run systems. Each product may have a different size distribution and size-run quantity, so product page details should be checked before ordering.

How often are new products added?

EY-TAY Textile regularly adds new models. The daily flow of new products may vary depending on season, production workload and collection planning.

Do you provide photo and video support?

If professional photos or videos of the purchased products are available in our archive, they may be shared upon request. This support helps our customers with online sales and product promotion.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order before payment. For paid wholesale orders, preparation or production may begin, so cancellation and return requests are evaluated according to the current order status.

Can I visit and select products? Do you have a showroom?

Since our website includes thousands of models, it may not be possible to display all products ready in the showroom. Showroom visits are generally planned for customers who want to discuss high-volume custom orders, seasonal collection work, fabric selection or see our production quality in person. For example, customers who want to produce their own model, prepare a high-volume order with a specific fabric or plan a seasonal bulk collection can have a detailed meeting in our showroom. At the same time, we would be happy to welcome customers who would like to get to know us better, understand our production approach or evaluate a possible cooperation face to face.

How is your customer approach and sales support?

At EY-TAY Textile, we aim to build long-term business relationships. We try to answer questions about wholesale orders, payment, shipping, custom production or product selection in a transparent, patient and solution-oriented way.

Is there return or exchange support for production defects?

If an apparent production-related issue is confirmed, the product is reviewed and, if deemed appropriate, exchange, repair, account credit or another commercial solution may be offered. Sharing product code, order number and clear images helps the process move faster.

What is the minimum order value for standard wholesale catalogue orders?

For standard wholesale orders selected from our current online collection, the minimum order value is generally USD 1,000 or EUR 1,000. Different models, colors and size sets may be combined to reach this total. This condition is separate from private label and custom production requirements.

What are the conditions for private label production?

For private label production with your own brand, the first order must reach 4,000 USD or 4,000 EUR. A one-time 350 EUR production fee applies for label and hangtag preparation. You can review the detailed process on our private label clothing tags page.

If I do not request private label, which labels will the products have?

If private label service is not requested, the products are prepared with EY-TAY labels and the current standard product labels. Private label service is not required to place a wholesale order.

Can size sets, colors or assorted pack contents be changed?

Products are ordered according to the size set / assorted pack content shown on the product page. The size distribution inside the set or the product color cannot be changed individually. However, different models, different colors and different size sets can be selected together in the same order.

Do you send a catalog?

Since our website includes thousands of current products, it is not possible to send the full collection as a PDF catalog. The most accurate model, price, size set and product details should be checked directly on the product pages of our website.
