CUSTOMER RIGHTS
All rules, principles, and practices outlined in this document are valid provided they do not conflict with the statements in the "Product and Refund Policy" and "Distance Sales Agreement" documents.
Ey-Tay Tekstil is committed to continuously improving the quality of services offered to its customers and regularly conducts internal audits to ensure this. Additionally, the company considers it a duty to inform and educate its customers about their rights.
Consumer Rights
Products purchased from us are delivered under the following standards:
• Products must meet satisfactory quality standards. Products deemed defective due to manufacturing errors will be replaced free of charge.
• Products must be suitable for their intended purpose; their quality, content, and features will match the specifications provided by the manufacturer.
If a product fails to meet any of these criteria, it is considered defective and you are entitled to the following rights:
a) Repair
b) Replacement
These rights apply to all products purchased through eytay.com.tr as long as they do not conflict with the rules stated in the "Product and Refund Policy" and "Distance Sales Agreement." Otherwise, Ey-Tay Tekstil will pursue your rights with the manufacturer.
Second-Quality or Defective Products
If Ey-Tay Tekstil informs you that a product or group of products is second-quality or defective, and you accept the product, you may no longer return or request an exchange for it.
Discounted and Promotional Products
In the case of stock-limited, discounted, or promotional products, no exchanges or refunds will be provided for defective items. However, the product value will be credited to your account and applied to your next purchase. Customers who do not place an order for 6 months will have their account balances and Ey-Tay Tekstil Points removed, without any claim rights.
Product Prices and Your Rights
When purchasing through eytay.com.tr, the product price and any applicable fees for payment, shipping, and export are final. You pay the total amount displayed on the "Payment" screen. Observing a discounted or promotional price for the same product later does not grant you any additional rights.
Shipping and Export Rights
Ey-Tay Tekstil coordinates the relationship between the shipping company and the customer. You are free to select your preferred shipping company. eytay.com.tr’s responsibility ends once the product is handed over to the shipping company. Ey-Tay Tekstil is not responsible for delays, export issues, or damages that occur during transit.
However, if you encounter any issues with your selected shipping company, please notify us immediately. We are happy to assist and advocate on your behalf.
